The Black Horse has stood for over 300 years in the popular residential area of the Golden Triangle in Norwich.
The beautiful red brick public house is a 5 minutes walk from the Roman Catholic Cathedral and 10 minutes from Upper St Giles.

In late 2015, owner and operator Rose Hanison did major renovation work and breathed much needed love and care back into the building.
The Black Horse has a relaxed bar area serving a range of craft beer, real ales, cocktails, bottled beers and a fine wines is complemented by a restaurant-style dining area that’s perfect for everything from a quiet Sunday roast to a large family gathering.
Welcoming to canine companions, The Black Horse also boasts a beautiful terrace and garden, making it the perfect year-round pub for all occasions. If you’re lucky, you may even get to meet Dottie, the pub dog.
